Completely vacant homes are particularly difficult to sell, as many buyers are not able to visualize the potential of a space. We provide full service stagings for completely vacant or partially vacant properties throughout Washington, DC, Northern VA and Baltimore. Using our vast inventory of traditional, transitional and contemporary furnishings, art work, greenery, lighting and accents, we complete most stagings in one day. Pricing varies according to size of the home and the number of rooms staged. Staging fee includes staging design fee, transport and destaging fee, 45-60 days furniture rental.
